Question about a specific app? Who to contact?

Setapp is an app subscription service, and we may be unable to resolve some app-specific questions. The most reliable way to get help and support with a particular app is to contact the app developers or support team. Usually, you can find their contacts at the bottom of the app's page.

The screenshot shows the developer contact email (support@proxyman.com) highlighted at the bottom of the app page.

We also provide a feedback tool called "Ratings & reviews." Please learn more in how to leave feedback. While we encourage app developers to reply to Setapp subscribers' requests, it's not a strict rule, so we can't guarantee you'll get the answer.
