Why is my price different?

Setapp has been around for nearly 10 years, and like any evolving product, our plans and pricing have changed over time.

If you joined Setapp before our latest pricing update on June 10, 2026, your price stays the same. We value your loyalty, and this is our way of saying thank you for being with us.

New Setapp members subscribe to the updated plans, which cost more but include more AI credits than the previous plans.

Note: Your legacy price applies only to your current plan. If you cancel and resubscribe, or switch to a different plan, you'll be charged the new price.

Family plans

Setapp previously offered "Family" plans, but they have been discontinued due to low demand. If you're an existing "Family" plan subscriber, you can continue using your plan under the same conditions. Note that starting April 25, 2025, you can no longer add or remove family members in Setapp.

Conditions for existing "Family" plan subscribers:

• Up to 4 people can stay in a family.
• The price is $19.99 per month or $215.88 per year plus taxes.
• Each member can use 1 Mac and 1 iOS device (iPhone or iPad) and receive 1,500 AI credits per month.

Note: Gift cards do not apply to the “Family” plan.
