If you aren't going to use Setapp applications for a while due to a vacation or any other reason, you may want to suspend your subscription temporarily. However, if the reason for canceling is a technical issue of any kind, please contact our Support Team. We'll be glad to have your feedback and do our best to resolve the issue.
To discontinue your subscription, do the following:
- Go to the Subscription page of your online Setapp account and click "Cancel subscription."
- Confirm your action.
We would appreciate if you take a minute and leave your feedback in the window that appears afterward. However, you can dismiss it by simply clicking X in the upper-right corner.
Your account will be active until the end of the current billing period. You can always access your account and renew the subscription. If you have any questions, please let us know.
