If you want to stop your subscription, you can do it in your online account. However, if the reason for cancelling is a technical issue of any kind, please contact our Support Team. We'll be glad to have your feedback and do our best to resolve the issue.
If you still want to discontinue your subscription, do the following:
- Go to the 'Subscription' tab of your online Setapp account and click ‘Cancel subscription.’
- Confirm your action.
Note that you can always access your account and renew the subscription. If you have any questions, please let us know.
