If you aren't going to use Setapp applications for a while due to a vacation or any other reason, you may want to suspend your subscription temporarily. However, if the reason for canceling is a technical issue of any kind, please contact our Support Team. We'll be glad to have your feedback and do our best to resolve the issue.
To discontinue your subscription (including extra devices in your account), do the following:
- Go to the Subscription page of your online Setapp account and click "Cancel subscription."
- Select answers in a short cancellation survey, then confirm your action.
The survey consists of just 2 questions and usually takes less than a minute to complete. Still, your answers and feedback are priceless and will help us a lot in making Setapp better.
Your account, as well as the extra devices in it, will be active until the end of the current billing period, so you can still enjoy your subscription till the last day of it — even after canceling.
You can always access your account and renew the subscription. If you have any questions, please let us know.
