If the reason for canceling is a technical issue, please contact our Support Team. We'll gladly get your feedback and do our best to resolve the issue.
To discontinue your subscription, do the following:
Go to the Subscription page of your Setapp account and click "Manage subscription."
Click "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the page.
Choose answers in a short cancellation survey, then confirm your action.
The survey consists of just 2 questions and usually takes less than a minute to complete. Still, your answers and feedback are priceless and will help us improve Setapp.
Your account will be active until the end of the current billing period, so you can still enjoy your subscription until its last day.
When your account is deactivated, the Setapp desktop and its apps will still be installed on your Mac or device, but you won't be able to use them. If you want to uninstall Setapp desktop with or without its apps, see Uninstall Setapp desktop.
You can always access your account and renew the subscription. If you have any questions, please let us know.
