If you're reading this article, something must've gone wrong with Setapp for you. We are sorry to hear that. Before proceeding with refunds, may we suggest you contact our support team or submit a support request? We're trying to address any issue as fast as we can.
Before applying for a refund, make sure both of the conditions below are fulfilled:
- You didn't install or use any application from the Setapp suite.
You can, however, install the Setapp application and use it to get information about the applications in Setapp; this will not be considered an obstacle to obtaining a refund. - You've canceled your subscription before the first renewal date, no later than 30 days after the end of your trial period.
Note: Uninstalling Setapp doesn't terminate a subscription. See the "Cancel subscription" article for more details.
To request a refund, submit a support ticket. You can always reactivate your subscription, even if you've previously applied for a refund.
