You can review your successful payments, download receipts, and update invoice details such as your company name, billing address, or tax number.
View and download receipts
To see your processed payments and download a receipt:
- Go to the Receipts page of your Setapp account.

Find the payment you need in the list, then click Download. The corresponding invoice will open in your browser or download to your Mac.
Update invoice details
If an invoice is missing information, such as your billing address or tax ID, you can update that invoice directly.
- Open the Receipts page of your account.
- Find the invoice you want to update and click Download. The invoice opens in your browser.
- Click Add address & VAT Number, enter the needed details, then click Save.
Notes:
- These changes apply only to the selected invoice and won’t appear on future invoices.
- If the invoice downloads as a PDF instead of opening in the browser, it can’t be updated manually. In that case, please contact our Support Team and provide your new invoicing details.
Save a receipt as PDF
If your invoice opens in the browser, you can save it as a PDF.
- Press Cmd + P.
- Select Save as PDF as the destination.
- Click Save.
In Safari, you can also choose File > Export as PDF for a quicker option.
