If you're having trouble with Setapp or you found content (e.g., apps, reviews about apps, text, photos or video published on Setapp, etc.) that you believe violates your rights, the law, or our Terms of Use, you can report the Content or submit a complaint. We will review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Follow these steps to submit a request to us:
- Go to Submit a request.
- Select Report Application or Other Content as the problem type and you will reach our web form.
- Fill out the web form. Note that the more specific information you provide, the easier it will be for us to solve your issue effectively.
- Click Submit.
Understanding our request handling process
1. After you successfully submit the request, we will send you by email a letter of confirmation that we have received your request. The letter will include info about what you can expect from the next steps in the request handling process.
2. Monitor your email, as we may contact you for additional information regarding your request.
3. We will let you know the outcome of your request by email. We try our best to send you our decision within 14 calendar days after you receive our confirmation letter.
If you believe that we have taken an unjustified decision against you, you have the right to appeal our decision within 6 months from the moment you were notified of our decision. For more information about the appeal process, please visit Appeal process for users.
