You can take a look at the list of your successful payments and download a receipt by simply following these steps:
- Go to the Receipts page of your online account. The page displays all your processed payments, whether you're using Setapp or Setapp for Teams.
- Find a payment in the list and click Download to have the corresponding invoice stored on your Mac.
If an invoice lacks some information, like your billing address or tax ID, you can add it or contact our Support Team.
If your invoice opens as a webpage in a browser, you can still download it by printing it as a PDF. Here's how to do that.
Safari and Firefox:
- Choose File > Print.
- Click the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
- Fill in the name, location, and other info for the PDF file, then click Save.
- Click Print.
Chrome:
- Choose File > Print.
- Click the Destination menu, then choose Save as PDF.
- Click Save.
