I have a question about a specific app. Whom do I contact?

Setapp is an app subscription service, and we may be unable to resolve some app-specific questions. The most reliable way to get help and support with a particular app is to get in touch with the app developers or support team. Usually, you can find their contacts on the app's help page.

However, we also provide a feedback tool called "Ratings & reviews". Please read our documentation on how to leave feedback. While we encourage app developers to reply on Setapp subscribers' requests, it's not a strict rule, so, we can't garantee you get the answer.
